I’m Nathan Kitts, the Co-Founder and CEO of PureSynergy Consulting. With a background in project management, strategic planning, and geospatial analysis, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering businesses with tailored solutions that drive growth and innovation. At PureSynergy Consulting, we believe in turning challenges into opportunities, and I’m passionate about helping our clients succeed.
My Story
My journey and passion for project management, strategic planning, and geospatial analysis began during my tenure in the U.S. Coast Guard as an Intelligence Analyst. After 6 years on active duty, I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Management from American Military University and pursued civilian roles in project management, focusing on strategic operations. In 2022, I earned an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University, graduating with honors, and later obtained my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
In January 2024, I co-launched PureSynergy Consulting. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse clients, from startups to companies with over 10,000 employees, optimizing their projects and operations, and providing insights through geospatial analysis and sales territory optimization. My commitment to integrity, innovation, and client empowerment drives everything we do at PureSynergy.
Outside of work, I’m an avid adventurer. Whether hiking, kayaking, camping, or organizing expeditions for my local Land Rover club, you can find me exploring the great outdoors.
