Built on Rigor
Driven by Data
PureSynergy Consulting uses geospatial analytics and structured methodology to help organizations make defensible, data-driven decisions about how they deploy their people, where they focus their resources, and how they structure their operations — should be grounded in evidence, not instinct.
OUR STORY

Our Approach
01
Diagnose
We start with data — we analyze what exists today and identify where the structure is leaking value.
02
Design
We build optimized scenarios using geospatial analysis, each balancing different strategic priorities. Leadership sees the tradeoffs clearly before making a decision.
03
Defend
Every recommendation is packaged for executive decision-making. Transparent methodology, documented assumptions, and a clear rationale that leadership can stand behind.
Project Governance
Every PSC engagement follows Project Management Institute (PMI) standards. That means a chartered project with defined scope, a risk register, structured status reporting, and documented deliverables.
Nathan Kitts
Nathan established PureSynergy Consulting to provide immediate, actionable intelligence skills to businesses and small to medium-sized law enforcement agencies—sectors that frequently lack this expertise. He is dedicated to positioning PSC as a technology-forward consulting firm that delivers credible, defensible, and well-governed solutions. Nathan holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Management, and certifications in both project management and geographic information systems (GIS).
